Hotel Taescherhof - Tasch

The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent recommendations for local activities, made my stay more fun.

The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, and the noise from the trains outside was quite disruptive, especially at night.

Make sure you stay in the double room with enough space for family of 4. The food is good and the breakfast was good. Its location is incredible and magnificent, so close to restaurant, Zermatt, the very child friendly staff and the train station.

The place was fully equipped and comfortable, with its incredibly welcoming staff especially receptionists...

The bed was too soft, that's my bad luck.

Convenient location right by the train station makes traveling to Zermatt easy! The staff was friendly and helpful, letting us store our luggage before check-in.

Unfortunately, coming and going can be noisy due to the nearby trains. Parking arrangements were a bit confusing for us upon arrival.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Tasch train station, and restaurants around. The room was good sized with view facing the railway, enough space for family of 4 and the bathroom, appreciated our time there.

Perfect location, it was really close to the Taesch train station, Close to train station and Zermatt, the very child friendly staff. It also was on the mountains.

The modern superior room offered amazing mountain views. The only downside was the noisy trains nearby.

staying here was a dream as it's just a few steps from the train station that takes you to zermatt, and after returning, the beautiful clearly marked walking paths around the area made exploring easy and enjoyable for a weekend traveler like me.

The hotel's location next to the train station made exploring Zermatt easy. Our room was spacious with a cozy living area and a lovely balcony offering fine mountain views. I appreciated the clean facilities throughout the hotel. Breakfast provided a satisfying variety of options like fresh meats, cheeses, and fruits. The breakfast service struggled with large groups, causing some items to run out. Pillows lacked firmness. The mattress could be thicker for added comfort, as mentioned by other guests. Despite some noise from the trains outside, we adapted quickly enough to still get rest.

The Taescherhof offers a great location just steps from the Matterhorn Täsch Terminal. The spacious room featured a cozy living area with a balcony showcasing fine mountain views. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, including meats, cheeses, and fresh fruits. Staff were eager to assist and fluent in multiple languages.

Great stay with spacious rooms and an awesome breakfast selection! Only downside was the narrow underground parking. Definitely would choose this place again!

The absence of air conditioning made the room quite warm, pushing us to open the windows for cool air-but that also meant dealing with loud train noise right outside, hard to ignore. The bathroom fan intake was dirty, and while it got cleaned upon request, the bathroom door squeaked loudly every time, waking others in the night. The rooms felt small and basic, lacking extra comforts like an in-room fridge or a thicker mattress for a better night's sleep.

This place had an awesome breakfast selection with meats, cheese, and fresh fruit. Staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations for hikes around Matterhorn. Oh, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station!

The room was brand-new with an enjoyable breakfast, and all the employees were friendly and helpful, plus it's just a minute away from the railway station, making it a great choice for travellers.
